The differences between dry sand production line and wet sand production line

Mechanism sand production line is divided into dry sand production line and wet sand production line. Dry sand production line is later than wet sand production line, and it's the further innovation on the basis of wet sand production line.Compared to the wet sand production line, dry sand production have the four advantages of getting rid of the environmental restrictions, reducing production cost, more conducive to environmental protection, better gradation of the mechanism sand. 

We have to consider many factors about traditional wet sand production line, especially water and environmental constraints.The production of the mechanism sand must be carried on in the place of abundant water, and in the northern winter it is unable to produce, or there are no enough water to clean the sand, so there are so much mud powder and powder in the sand, which will seriously affect the gradation of the sand. And the dry sand production line is not affected by water and environmental constraints.

Moreover, the traditional wet production line need plenty of water to wash and increase the input of water resources and waste of the water resources to some extent.But dry production line don't need the investment in the field of water, and reduce the input of the capitals. In the process of production, the scour of the power is also a waste for mineral resources. And dry sand production line just avoid these factors, so to some certain extent, it saves water resources and mineral resources, and is more and more eco-friendly than the wet production line.
